What Waiver is
Waiver gives fantasy football projections, rankings and comparisons for entertainment and general information. It is not professional advice of any kind.
No guarantees
Every projection is an estimate from a statistical model, and estimates can be wrong. Injuries, coaching decisions, weather and late news can change what happens at any time. Past accuracy does not guarantee future results, and nothing on the site promises that a pick will work out.
Your decisions are your own
You are responsible for every roster move, waiver claim, trade and lineup you make, and for any money you spend or wager, including in paid leagues, daily fantasy contests or sports betting. Waiver, and anyone involved in running it, is not responsible for any loss, missed opportunity or other result of decisions you make using the site.
Provided as is
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, reliability or availability. To the fullest extent the law allows, Waiver is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Data and trademarks
Game statistics come from nflverse, expert consensus rankings from FantasyPros, and trending adds from Sleeper. Each belongs to its owner. Waiver is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NFL, any NFL team or player, FantasyPros or Sleeper. Team and league names are trademarks of their owners.
Ads
Waiver is free to use and paid for by ads, which come from Google and its partners. Waiver does not choose, check or endorse what is advertised, and is not responsible for advertisers' products, sites or claims. How the ads use cookies is explained on the privacy page.
Using the site fairly
Please do not try to disrupt or break the site, or copy its projections wholesale to resell them.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top shows when they last did, and using the site after a change means you accept the new version.
